If you purchased the Newcomer's Pack and received the Crowns, but not the pet or scroll, check your in-game mailbox. The items will be received in the mail. Once received, your salamander will be added to your inventory. Once there, you need to Use it and the pet will be added to your Collections.

When purchasing Crowns or Packs that include crowns, such as the Newcomer Pack or the The Hailcinder Mount Pack, you will need to exit the game and reconnect for these items to show up in game for use.

Please note that depending on the payment method that was used to make the purchase, the crown balance or items may not be reflected on the account immediately and will not arrive until after the payment has successfully been processed. This time frame may vary depending on the platform you are buying from.

If you have not received your crowns or items:

Log out and back in to the game.
Check your bank statement or financial institution to make sure the payment has been made (it might still be pending).
Wait 24-72 hours and check again.

If you have not received your items after 72 hours, please contact Customer Support and provide a screenshot of your proof of purchase, which includes your Steam ID/Gamertag/PSNID.
