Resolutions that have a width equal to that of a integer multiplier of 640 (so 640x, 1280x, 1920x, 2560x, 3840x, etc) hides the Scaling Mode option since it is irrelevant for those resolutions. The Scaling Mode setting controls how the internal rendered resolution should be scaled and displayed on-screen. Pixel Perfect results in the image being displayed in the closest integer-ratio.
